How much is the registration fee?

The registration fee is $250 per child, and you pay this fee only if your child is accepted; there is no fee for submitting applications for enrollment. The registration fee is non-refundable and cannot be applied towards past, present or future balances.

How many spaces are available?

Availability is always subject to change. You must contact the office for information on availability in your child’s age range.

Is preference given to church members?

Yes, members of Church of the Incarnation are given preference in admissions, as are current students and their siblings.

What age does my child need to be to attend Incarnation Academy?

Children applying to Incarnation Academy must be 12 months of age by September 1st of the current school year.

Can I tour the school?

You are welcome to tour the school at anytime Tuesday – Friday from 9:30 to 11:30. Please contact the office for an appointment.

Are there extended hours?

Yes, both Morning Care and Extended Care are offered:

Our drop-in Morning Care Program is offered from 8 – 9am. The fee for this service is $5 per day.

The Extended Care Program is offered to those families who need care for their child after school hours. It is available Monday – Friday from 3pm – 6pm.

The fees for this program are:

  • $20 per day for drop-in
  • $120 /month for T/TH
  • $180/month for M/W/F
  • $300/months for M-F

Do we have to be Episcopalian to attend Incarnation Academy?

No, we encourage families of all religious backgrounds to apply to our school. We do give preference in admission to members of Church of the Incarnation.

Do students attend chapel?

Yes, children attend chapel weekly and parents are welcome to attend.

Is the Head of School accessible to the parents?

Yes, the Head of School has an open door policy and is available during school hours as well as by appointment if necessary.
